Our service provides bespoke business development support for your organisation in an ongoing relationship, where I can work with you on a specific project for a set period of time, or 1-2 days a week where I embed into your organisation.
Bid/ tender writing* is part of our service in helping you achieve your goals. Once you get off the starting blocks, there are so many reasons why larger applications may not be successful, and we work with you to be resilient and investment ready!
We are well connected across the community, sport and social good sectors and keep in touch with all the latest opportunities, innovation and challenges, meaning that you can focus on what you do best.
Our role is to help make the magic happen, building relationships, identifying barriers and helping your organisation to flourish.
*Please note that we do not:
Write one-off bids for national organisations hoping to secure local opportunities.
Work on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis. This is not considered good practice by industry standards and thankfully many funders are now designing their application processes so that the funds go to the right places, and not just the most eloquent bid. This is why we take a business development approach and help create the recipe for success.
