Business Coaching and Mentoring

Bringing almost two decades of experience. I offer mentoring , business coaching and sidekick coaching for leaders and teams in community minded businesses.

Leading can be great, but it can also be overwhelming and a lonely place at times. You might be the sole leader, the only contact with your board, or the driving force behind exciting new projects.  

Support is on offer either:

  • On a 121 basis, providing headspace and reflection time for a project or organisational lead.

  • As a group package through strategic organisations such as Active Partnerships or Community Foundations who can select local organisations who they feel would benefit from some independent guidance in working with their communities, or taking things to the next level.

I am well connected across the community and sport sectors (especially the West Midland’s), and am solution focused. I’ll bring my experience and qualifications to support you, with fresh eyes and a new way of thinking.

You can expect a friendly, honest approach, and I always bring a dose of humour to my sessions (or so I think!). I try to have a first meeting in person and will happily travel across the West Midlands to make that happen.

  • Mentoring

    Mentoring is for those who are newer to the sector, or are moving into a different work area. You may have a lot of questions and ideas and I’ll share sector insight, signpost to helpful resources, share business tips and help you to feel confident and focused.

  • Business Coaching

    Coaching is for those who have experience and understanding of the sector, but welcome some independent headspace and energising. I can help you focus on what you do really well and explore how you can overcome challenges, building your confidence in making the right decisions for your organisation.

  • Sidekick Coaching

    Sidekick Coaching is more hands on, where I accompany you on your journey or challenge. This can include time exploring your first tendering attempt together, attending a meeting with a commissioner with you for the first time, or helping facilitate your first partnership network.
